Executive Assistant - Governance (0458)
Ambitious about Autism is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) - Governance Partner to join the team! Ambitious about Autism stand with autistic children, young people and their families to champion rights, campaign for change and create opportunities.
We started as one school and have become a movement for change. Our services include providing information and practical support and delivering specialist education and employment programmes.
As the EA (Governance), you will provide effective and efficient support to the Trustees and members of Ambitious About Autism and the Ambitious About Autism Schools Trust administering Board and Committee meetings. You will produce high quality minutes, facilitating the recruitment and induction of new Trustees ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
You will also provide high-level EA support to the Director of Finance and Planning and the Director of External Affairs, furthering the corporate and departmental objectives within these directorates and enabling the smooth running of team administration.
We are looking for someone that has:
- Experience in providing executive support at a Board level, with multiple internal and external stakeholders, in a relevant setting
- Experience of supporting a busy senior management team to achieve ambitious targets and goals and to respond to unexpected opportunities and tight deadlines
- Experience of briefing senior management on potentially serious issues and of troubleshooting and managing reputations and good relationships.

This role is based at our headquarters in Muswell Hill, and there is an expectation of regular office attendance, however hybrid working options are available.
